Sega s COO Kenji Matsubara, in a conversation with Yahoo, has said that the company has decided that it would be coming up with its own line of consoles that are modelled after the classic systems by the company. Based on the report by GamingBolt, Sega is not actually going to produce in0house consoles based on its previous versions. Instead, the company is going to import the Genesis Flashback by AT&T Games to Japan.

Though this might not be the most encouraging news for the followers, it is still progress in terms of how the company is considering doing things a bit differently. Even if that means bringing in consoles that have been known as imitations of its own products. This could be in honor of the importance that these consoles have for the customers.
