As has become a norm with such flash sales, the A6000 was out of stock in a blink of an eye leaving many buyers disappointed. Those who did manage to get their hands on the device have till 6:00PM today to pay for their purchase. The company has further revealed that registrations for the second sale next week kick off at 6:00PM today.
To recap, the Lenovo A6000 was unveiled at CES this month, and was launched a week later in India. The LTE-capable smartphone costs Rs 6,999 and features a 5-inch HD display, 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor with 64-bit capability, and 1GB of RAM.
Also included is 8GB of internal storage, 8-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 2,300mAh battery. Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, Dual-Mode LTE support (both TD-LTE Band 40 and FD-LTE Band 20), Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 4.0. On the software front, the smartphone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat wrapped under Vibe UI 2.0.
