The month of August has already started and smartphone makers from across the globe have launched a considerable number of smartphones in 2018. However, despite the number of smartphones that have already launched, a fair number of devices are yet to launch. Leaker Ice Universe posted a list with a timeline of all the flagship smartphone devices that are yet to launch in this year on their Twitter account. The list contains 16 flagship smartphones that are expected to launch before the end of this year. The list kicks off with Meizu 16 launching on August 8, 2018, followed by Samsung Galaxy Note 9 launch on August 9.
The list includes a number of Chinese players including Smartisan, Nubia, OPPO, Vivo, Huawei, and 360. According to the list, Smartisan Pro 3 and OPPO R17 are expected to launch in ‘Late August’, 360 N7 Pro will launch in either August or September, LG V40 ThinQ is set to launch in September, Apple iPhone 2018 lineup will launch in mid-September, Google Pixel 3, and Xiaomi Mi MIX3 is expected to launch in either September or October.
These flagship phones will be released in the second half of 2018, most of them from China.
Do you think Samsung does not need to be nervous? I don't think Note9 can make Samsung's state better. There are too many competitors. pic.twitter.com/6W6ccphoIy

360 is expected to launch its second smartphone for the list in mid-December followed by Huawei Honor Magic 2, the third smartphone by Huawei for the year along with Vivo X22 or Vivo Xplay 7 by late December. One thing to note here is that this is not the official or final list so it is likely that the timeline mentioned along with the smartphone model may change.
The leaker presented his opinion along with the image in the tweet adding that Samsung should be nervous as he doesn’t think that “Note9 can make Samsung’s state better.” He clarified that the reason for that will be because “there are too many competitors.”
