25,000 Yu Yureka units go on sale on Amazon India at 2.00PM today


The Yu Yureka is set to go on sale today via Amazon India. The company has announced that 25,000 handsets will be available to all registered users starting 2.00PM. For the lucky users who manage to get the Yureka in their carts today, will get 15 minutes to make the purchase. Users who did not get lucky for the first time, are recommended to join the Waitlist. The Waitlist members then get a chance to grab the device, if the first-time lucky users fail to purchase it in 15 minutes. For those who could not register for today s sale can fresh register for next week s sale starting 5.00PM today.

Boasting LTE capability and priced at a pocket-friendly Rs 8,999, it is little wonder that all the flash sales till date have finished in a blink of an eye. These flash sales have left many users frustrated, and for select buyers who have repeatedly tried and failed, the company recently conducted a Golden Ticket sale. These selected users had the Yu Yureka automatically added to their shopping carts.

To recap, the Yureka flaunts a 5.5-inch HD IPS display, and is powered by a Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor with 64-bit capability and paired with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone also features 16GB internal storage that can be further expanded using a microSD card.
