Lenovo conducted yet another flash sale for its black and white K3 Note variants on Flipkart today, and predictably the smartphone was sold out in a flash. A total of 35,000 units of the K3 Note black variant were sold in 6.5 seconds at 12 noon and 15,000 units of the white variant were sold in 3.5 seconds at 3PM. All of K3 Note’s previous sales have gotten over in a flash as well. Last week, a total of 27,000 units of the K3 Note black variant were sold in 2.7 seconds at 12 noon and 18,000 units of the white variant were sold in 2.3 seconds at 3PM. Additionally, the company has also announced that the next sale will be conducted on August 5, the registration for which will begin at 6PM today. The K3 Note is priced at a lucrative Rs 9,999 and was launched at the end of last month. It joins Lenovo’s lineup of affordable 4G-capable smartphones in India that includes the likes of A6000 Plus, A7000, priced in the sub-Rs 10,000 segment, and the S60 priced at Rs 12,999. Flaunting a 5.5-inch full HD display, the K3 Note is currently the most affordable smartphone in India with a 1080p display. As far as the rest of the specifications are concerned, the phablet is powered by a 1.7GHz MediaTek MT6752 octa-core 64-bit processor paired with 2GB of RAM. It also features 16GB internal memory, microSD card, 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera, Dolby Atmos sound technology, and a 3,000mAh battery.
Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, 4G support on both SIMs, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. On the software front, the phablet runs on Android Lollipop out-of-the-box.
