Airtel has just announced a range of new prepaid recharge packs that offer talk time, 4G/3G data, validity and tariff, all in the same plan. The highlight of these new packs is that to get all these benefits, users will not have to pay for relatively expensive packs. The company clarified that it conducted “extensive research” along with “feedback from customers” to craft these new recharge packs. These packs include denominations of Rs 35, Rs 65, and Rs 95.

Airtel will initially launch these new packs in Tamil Nadu, UP West, and Punjab before rolling them out to other parts of the country “over the next few weeks”. Airtel claims that these plans will “complement” the unlimited bundled recharge packs that offer unlimited calls, SMS messages, data benefits, and free national roaming.

This means, customers will be charged 1p/2 secs for outgoing calls.

Ajai Puri, the COO of Bharti Airtel for India and South Asia issued a statement adding, “We are constantly listening to our customers and working towards improving their experience through exciting innovations and process re-engineering. These revolutionary prepaid packs are designed to truly simplify the customer experience and offer great value.
