Reliance Jio was prompted into action by Airtel s aggressive marketing and offered the Double Dhamaka offer for every user on every prepaid recharge plan starting from Rs 149 to provide additional 1.5GB data benefit. Considering the offer from Jio ended on June 30 and was not renewed, the action from Airtel might be a result of that.
To sum up Airtel s Rs 149 prepaid plan, the company is now offering 1GB data per day for a period of 28 days from the recharge, that gives the plan a total benefit of 28GB. The plan comes with unlimited voice calls without any FUP limit and 100 SMS per day for a period of 28 days.
