Vodafone recently revised its RED postpaid plans by increasing the data limit by up to 87 percent. Soon, Bharti Airtel also revised some of its postpaid plans with added data benefits, but it was limited to a few plans. Now, Airtel has made changes to the Rs 1,199 plan by increasing the data limit. Spotted by Telecom Talk, the Airtel Rs 1,199 postpaid plan comes with unlimited local and national calling, unlimited roaming and unlimited SMS. The plan also includes one-year complimentary Amazon Prime membership. Users also get Wynk Music and Airtel TV access, and handset protection, complimentary with the plan. Lastly, in terms of data benefits, you get 120GB 3G / 4G data, along with rollover option. Earlier, this plan used to offer 90GB data, so with the revision, you now get 30GB additional data. In comparison, Vodafone has a plan priced at Rs 1,299. Just like Airtel, the plan offers unlimited local and national calls, unlimited SMS and unlimited national roaming. Users also get Vodafone Play access to watch live TV and movies, and mobile data protection plan.
Vodafone is also offering one-year complimentary Amazon Prime subscription where you get access to 2-day free shipping, Amazon Prime video and Prime Music. The plan also includes complimentary Netflix subscription for two-months.
In terms of data benefits, the plan offers 125GB 3G / 4G data, along with data rollover of up to 500GB. Vodafone also has another plan priced at Rs 999, which offers the same benefits as the Rs 1,299 plan, except for the data limit which is 100GB and data rollover up to 200GB.
