As expected, Airtel has introduced new 4G plans for its services in Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune and Chandigarh with monthly rental plans now starting from Rs 450. There are two sets of new plans launched one for the regular users and the other for the excessive data users. According to the new regular plans, the company is now offering 2GB, 3GB and 4GB of data for Rs 450, Rs 650 and Rs 750 respectively, which brings the data quota tariffs for 4G consumers down to a price point of the 3G tariff plans from Airtel.
The other set includes the plans starting from Rs 999 with 10GB of free data. Other plans in this set includes Rs 1,299 with 12GB, Rs 1,449 for 15GB, Rs 2,049 for 25GB, Rs 2,999 for 45GB and Rs 4,799 for 80GB of data. In addition to that, subscribers to any of these plans will also get free access to movies and games library powered by BigFlix and Indiagames.
