The forthcoming Nexus 5 has been leaked left, right and center in the last few weeks. Ahead of its expected launch later this month on October 30, an alleged service manual of the Nexus 5 has surfaced online, Android Police reports. The 300-odd page document contains a lot of technical information that gives an in-depth glimpse at this forthcoming Nexus. In addition to line drawings and disassembly photos, the document also includes a full list of specifications. According to the document, the Nexus 5 will flaunt a 4.95-inch IPS TFT display and will be powered by a Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.3GHz supplemented with 2GB of RAM. Other features likely to be included are an 8-megapixel rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), 1.3-megapixel front camera, 16/32GB internal storage options and a 2,300mAh battery with support for wireless charging. It is also said to support NFC, LTE.
