Netflix finally made its long awaited debut in India earlier this year in January. Ever since its launch, Netflix has been working towards integrating India-specific content to its domain and also pulling in original content as well. In its development, Netflix has now partnered with Indian film production company called Red Chillies Entertainment (RCE), which is owned by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. This will give Netflix members in India and globally, exclusive subscription video-on-demand access to RCE produced films as well as new films that will screen in Indian theaters in the next three years.
