Apple today announced a new buyback scheme that includes the iPhone 4 16GB variant. We had earlier reported that Apple was re-introducing the iPhone 4 16GB variant for Rs 31,800. Under the new buyback scheme, users can trade-in their old smartphone and get a minimum of Rs 8,000 off for the iPhone 4, effectively paying Rs 23,800 for the phone. On top of the buyback discount, buyers can opt for a 6-month EMI scheme as well that will bring the cost of ownership relatively down to Rs 3,967.
