Apple never reveals the RAM in its iPhones and iPads, leaving users to keep guessing till the initial reviews or tests publish the details. With the latest edition iPad Pro models too, the tradition continues. However, GeekBench tests reveal the amount of RAM and a few hardware details of the latest iPad Pro. The tests include both the iPad Pro models, the 10.5-inch, and 12.9-inch.

As per the GeekBench details, both the newly launched iPad Pro versions come with 4GB of RAM. Both the devices run the A10X, with a processor clocked at 2.38 GHz. Both the devices scored a rating of 3915 in single core tests and 9387 in multi-core tests.

Apart from the GeekBench latest ratings and scores, iFixit had also let out some details regarding the iPad Pro 2017 models. Instead of the smaller 10.5-inch model being based on the previously edition 9.25-inch version, it is more of a basic version of the larger 12.9-inch iPad Pro version, with a few extra boosts. The 4GB RAM is a combination of dual 2GB Micron LPDDR4 chips. The construction and hardware placement of both the models is not different this time around.
