Apple announced the iPad Pro at the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus launch event in September. This is the biggest and most powerful tablet Apple has ever created and also comes with accessories like a Smart Keyboard and Apple Pencil. With the tablet expected set to go on sale sometime in November, the tablet and its accessories have been given the hands-on treatment.
In the run up to the launch, Apple has been hosting invite-only events showing off the iPad Pro to artists and education experts to get their feedback. BGR Classic’s Jonathan S. Geller has sourced some hands-on photos of the forthcoming tablet and its accessories.
The first impressions are very positive, and the source goes to the extent of saying that the iPad Pro is a game-changer. While many have mocked the Apple Pencil, as an accessory it is said to be among the best stylus available today. It is said to be quite pressure sensitive, and there is no visible lag between what you are drawing and it appearing on the display. It is said to be as good as using a pencil to write on paper.
Technology and education expert Fraser Speirs was also among those who got to use the tablet for a bit and he too was left impressed with the Pencil.
The Pencil was extremely impressive. Certainly the best iPad stylus I have used by a country mile. Palm rejection near-perfect. #ipadpro
