In terms of the design, he says that the iPhone 6s won t be very different to look at compared to the iPhone 6. It doesn t come as a surprise, since traditionally the s models only come with an upgrade in specifications and features. The representative however contradicts recent reports saying that there is no rose gold variant in the pipeline.
As far as specifications are concerned, the representative says that the iPhone 6s will come with improvements like 2GB of RAM, 64-bit A9 processor, and Force Touch display. It will also come with an improved camera, which is in line with this week s report. A person in Apple s supply chain revealed that the new iPhones will come with a 12-megapixel primary camera with a big image sensor.
While Apple has yet to announce a launch date, reports claim that the company is most likely to host an event on September 9. The event will see the new iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus unveiled, as well as new iPads and next-gen Apple TV.
