The launch event for the next generation of Apple iPhone and iOS-powered devices is gradually approaching. As we head towards an impending September Apple launch event, the number of leaks on the internet has increased in frequency. According to a recent report by 9to5Mac, it looks like dummy units for the upcoming iPhone X Plus with a 6.5-inch display and iPhone model with LCD display and 6.1-inch display have leaked out on the internet. This gives us a hint of how the devices will look in real life. These images were initially leaked by Ben Geskin on his Twitter account.
Looking at the images more closely, the devices don’t offer any surprise regarding the design and what previous leaks had reported. The 6.1-inch iPhone with the LCD panel comes with a single camera on the back of the device while the iPhone X Plus with 6.5-inch display comes with a dual camera setup on the back of the device. The report also pointed out that the iPhone X Plus is expected to come with a stainless steel frame while the 6.1-inch model will come with an aluminum frame to save up on the cost of making the device.

The report also pointed out that the 6.1-inch display model also seemed to have slightly thicker bezels when compared to the 6.5-inch model. The images showed the X Plus in Silver color while the images of the 6.1-inch variant were in Space Gray.

This comes right after reports emerged on the internet stating that Apple is planning to launch a new series of iPad Pro this year. This new lineup will come with FaceID and Animoji along with lack of a 3.5-mm headphone jack.
