Prototype models of what seems to the Apple iPhone Xc have leaked out on the internet. This leak comes days before Apple has scheduled its annual hardware launch event. The leak hinted that Apple is likely to launch the Apple iPhone Xc in a number of colors along with the much-awaited support for dual-SIM. The Apple iPhone Xc is the 6.1-inch device that will come with an LCD display panel. The leaked images were initially shared on Twitter by Ben Geskin and they showcase one of the colors as Red that the company usually launches as part of its (Product) Red variant.
These images were initially spotted by 9to5Mac but looking at the images, it looks like the source of the images was Slash Leaks. The images show off additional colors for the iPhone Xc including White, Space Gray, and Rose Gold. The images also indicate that similar to the current iPhone devices in the market, the upcoming iPhone Xc will also come with a glass finish on the back. According to previous reports, the company is expected to launch even more colors of the iPhone Xc to increase the number of options that users can choose from. The images also indicate that the iPhone Xc will come with aluminum edges to save cost instead of opting for a stainless steel option.
Watch: Apple iOS 12 features
The device also shows a single camera setup on the back and one of the images also indicates that the iPhone Xc will come with a dual-SIM slot. This hints that 2018 is the year when Apple finally adapts the dual-SIM slot that has long been a standard with Android devices.

It is also possible that the dual-SIM slot will be limited to the iPhone Xc where the company targets growing markets such as India with this feature. This is in line with the report last month which stated that dual-SIM models may be limited to certain markets.
It is quite possible that the information may not be accurate but we can only wait and watch to check for the accuracy of the information.
