The publication further mentions that the iWatch will be deeply integrated with Apple s Health app, as well as HomeKit home automation platform. There have been numerous contradicting rumors regarding the iWatch s launch date. A number of market analysts claimed that the smartwatch was delayed due to production issues. Apple commentator John Gruber, on the other hand, recently hinted that the iWatch could be unveiled on September 9, but later denied having any idea of Apple s plans.
From what we have heard so far, the Apple iWatch could be available in three variants one with 1.6-inch display, and two variants with 1.8-inch displays. They will boast a flexible AMOLED display and will be loaded with sensors, with the top-of-the-line iWatch likely to cost above $1,000.
