All the buzz around Apple’s forthcoming devices have been around the iPhone 6, the iPads and the iWatch. The Cupertino-based giant is however also said to be developing a 12-inch MacBook and a desktop with a 4K display, 9to5Mac reports.
This isn’t the first time we are hearing about a 12-inch MacBook. The publication however adds that in addition to the display, the laptop will have a much thinner and lighter aluminum body compared to the current lineup. It is however not clear if Apple plans on introducing this new laptop under the MacBook Air lineup, MacBook Pro or introduce a completely new lineup.

Not much is known about the 4K Mac at the moment, and the publication speculates that it could either be an iMac or a standalone monitor. But these new devices however will be used by Apple to promote OS X Yosemite and the UI tweaks optimized for high-definition displays.
