At Apple s ongoing WWDC 2016 developer conference, Apple has made a bunch of software-based announcements including iOS 10, watchOS 3, macOS Sierra and more. Apple also announced that it is bringing Siri intelligence to QuickType keyboard. The company will be using LSTM (long short term memory) in the field of deep learning. With the help of Siri intelligent, it can offer relevant contact information, read messages to prefill the calendar events and more. It will also offer intelligent suggestions based on your current location, your calendar availability and more. You can also do a number and contact lookup, recent addresses and intelligent scheduling as well right from the keyboard. The feature will be made available as a part of iOS 10 update. Some of the new features coming as a part of iOS 10 update include redesigned lockscreen, rich notifications, quick interactions and more. Apple has also announced that it is opening Siri to third-party developers. With Siri integrations, users can ask Siri to send a WeChat, WhatsApp or Slack message among others.

Apple has also announced new improvements to Photos app for iOS 10. It will come with features such as facial, scene and object recognition. It will also be able to sort photos based on places, people and date.
