Asus will be launching the ROG Phone in India at an event today. The high-end smartphone from the company will be positioned as a flagship device, with a focus on smartphone gaming and performance. The Asus ROG Phone builds on the Taiwanese manufacturer’s Republic of Gamers brand, which is popular in its range of gaming laptops and accessories.

The Asus ROG Phone will go on sale in India exclusively through Flipkart, and pricing is expected to be competitive and in line with the company’s renewed strategy and focus on the Indian market. Asus will be streaming the launch event live, and you can click on the link below to watch the official live stream of the event. The event is scheduled to start at 12:00PM today.

The gaming-focused device features top-end hardware and special features built in to enhance the gaming experience, including air triggers for console-like control, multi-layer cooling and two Type-C ports that allow fast charging.
