Besides the flagship Zenfone 2, Asus has unveiled other models in this lineup including the likes of the Zenfone Zoom, Zenfone Selfie and the Zenfone C. Now it seems, the Taiwanese company is close to adding to the lineup by launching a model in the affordable segment. Reports claim that the smartphone is called Zenfone Go, and the leak comes from the same source that previously leaked the Zenfone Selfie. The design is consistent with the other phones in the Zenfone lineup, and will come in multiple colors. As for specifications, the Zenfone Go is said to feature a 5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) display, and is powered by a MediaTek MT6582 quad-core processor paired with Mali-400 MP2 GPU and 2GB of RAM. Also on offer will be 8GB of internal storage.
The smartphone is also said to feature an 8-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front camera, and on the connectivity front, it will only support 3G. As mentioned above, the smartphone will be placed in the affordable segment, and according to the publication will be unveiled before the end of this month.
