Asus launched a premium laptop recently called the ZenBook Pro 15 (UX550GD). The key highlight of the laptop is that it comes with a 4K display and an Intel Core i9 chipset. That’s not the only impressive thing about it though. The ZenBook also feature a thickness of 18.9mm and weighs barely 1.86kg.
The Asus ZenBook features a solid unibody aluminum built that will only be available in one color variant called Deep Dive Blue. The design however, will feature Rose Gold accents. Its compact build is also said to carry a dual fan system, with 3 heat pipes to keep the system cool. Asus hasn’t revealed any information about the laptop’s price or availability.

The Asus ZenBook comes with a 15.6-inch LED-backlit display. While the top-end model comes with 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution, the laptop is also available with the standard full HD (1080 x 1920) resolution, on the lower-end variants. The laptop runs on an 8th generation Intel Core i9 chipset. However, lower-end variants with Intel Core i5 and Core i7 will also be available. Running alongside the Intel processor will be an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 GPU with 4GB GDDR5 VRAM.
The laptop can also be configured with either 8GB or 16GB of DDR4 RAM. For storage, Asus is providing SSDs that amount up to 1TB. Fueling the laptop, is a 71Whr 8-cell lithium-polymer battery, which the company claims can last for up to 9 hours. The laptop also comes with a back-lit keyboard, precision touchpad and runs on Windows 10 OS. Harmon Kardon branded speakers are also included for providing a good audio output.

Connectivity options include, two Type-C Thunderbolt 3 ports, two USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports, HDMI port, 3.5mm headphone jack and an SD card reader. In the Wireless department, you get the Wi-Fi ac and Bluetooth 5.0.
