If you’re planning to buy a mid-range smartphone under Rs 15,000, Asus’ Zenfone Max Pro M1 is one of the better options out there. The Taiwanese electronics manufacturer first smartphone (in India) to run stock Android, the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 has been available in the country for quite some time now.
Having initially launched the Zenfone Max Pro M1 in two colour variants – black and grey – Asus has now outed a Blue-colored version of the smartphone. The new color variant will be available for purchase from August 30, 2018, exclusively on Flipkart.
Except for the new paint job, the smartphone is the same as the other two color variants that have been available for a while. It’s worth mentioning that all three configurations of the Zenfone Max Pro M1 will be available in the new Blue color.
Asus is also offering five percent instant discount to Axis Bank Buzz credit card holders, as well as those who opt for EMI payments using ICICI Bank credit cards. The offer is valid till August 31, 2018.

Launched back in April, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, paired with 3/4/6GB of RAM, and 32/64GB of internal storage. The smartphone also supports microSD cards of up to 512GB.
Having a starting price of Rs 10,999, the Zenfone Max Pro M1 runs stock Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box. The smartphone has a 5.99-inch FullHD+ display with a resolution of 1080×2160 pixels, and an 18:9 aspect ratio. It features a dual-camera system at the back, comprised of a 13-megapixel sensor (16-megapixel on the 6GB RAM variant) and a 5-megapixel sensor. There’s also an 8-megapixel selfie shooter (16-megapixel on the 6GB RAM version) up front.
Having all standard connectivity options, the Zenfone Max Pro M1 is backed by a colossal 5,000mAh powerpack.
