Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 to go on sale today on Flipkart; new grey variant will be available

The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 comes with the Snapdragon 636 SoC, and supports expandable storage of 2TB.

Asus will be holding its biggest sale on Flipkart today for the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. The company announced that the grey variant of the phone will also be going on sale today, alongside the regular black variant. Asus launched the phone a month ago in the country, and has had about four flash sales on Flipkart in that time. The phone has got great response as every time it went out of stock in just a matter of seconds. Those who missed out in the previous sales have another opportunity to grab the phone from Flipkart at 12:00PM today.

The Zenfone Max Pro M1 is available in two configurations. The base variant comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, while the top-end variant comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The phones are priced at Rs 10,999 and Rs 12,999 respectively. Additionally, Flipkart is also offering tempered glass, and a back case for Rs 99. There is also a no cost EMI option available for buyers.

Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 specifications and features

The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 comes with a Full HD+ (1080 x 2160 pixels) display with an aspect ratio of 18:9, and 2.5D curved glass on top. It runs on the Snapdragon 636 octa-core SoC, which comes with the Adreno 509 GPU. Apart from what storage option you choose, the phone supports an expandable storage of up to 2TB via a microSD card.

For photography, the phone boasts a dual-rear camera setup, which comprises of a 13-megapixel primary sensor and 5-megapixel seceondary depth measurment sensor. The camera features Bokeh mode, and can shoot 4K videos as well. For selfies, it carries an 8-megapixel camera at the front, which features an aperture of f/2.2. It comes equipped with Softlight LED for low-light photography, and supports Face Unlock.

A highlight of the phone is the 5,000mAh battery running under the hood. On moderate use, it should last for at least two days. There is also fast charge support. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ GLONASS and 4G VoLTE. In the software department, the phone runs stock Android 8.1 Oreo OS.
