Asus’ latest smartphone similarly boasts dual 13-megapixel cameras with a Toshiba image sensor. The front-facing camera features f/2.2 aperture, 88 degree wide-angle lens, and dual-LED flash. The rear camera features f/2.0 aperture, dual-LED flash, and laser autofocus similar to what is on offer on the ZenFone Zoom and LG’s flagship smartphones. As far as the rest of the specifications go, the ZenFone Selfie flaunts a 5.5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS LCD display, and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 615 octa-core (1.7GHz Cortex A53 quad-core + 1GHz Cortex A53 quad-core) processor paired with Adreno 405 GPU.
In terms of looks, the ZenFone Selfie has many similar elements when compared to the recently launched 2. The smartphone will be available in multiple colored variants, but the company hasn’t revealed the pricing or the availability details.
