Asus has launched a new variant of its ZenPad 3S 10 tablet. Bearing the model number Z500KL, the new variant comes with LTE support. The tablet is currently available in Malaysia for $405, which is Rs 27,600 approximately. Right now, there’s no word on availability of the device outside Malaysia. The tablet comes with a protective cover and custom design stand, and is available in Slate Grey color option.
The Asus ZenPad 3S 10 LTE weighs around 490 grams and is 5.8mm slim. Asus claims the tablet has a “modern styling with clean lines and an exquisite metallic texture along with “double and diamond-cut edges”.
The tablet looks highly similar to the original ZenPad 3S 10, which is bit lighter at 430 grams weight but with same measurement. The new Asus ZenPad 3S 10 has similar specifications to that of the original version but with some changes. The new version comes with LTE support, a larger 7,800mAh battery and Snapdragon 650 processor as compared to 5,900mAh battery and MediaTek MT8176 processor. The older ZenPad 3S 10 was launched at last year’s IFA event alongside ZenWatch 3.
