Baidu’s Android marketplace, MoboMarket, launched a new feature called ‘User Stores’ on Monday. The new features allows users to curate personalised app collections and recommend these apps by sharing them with their friends.
“With smartphone consumption skyrocketing in India and worldwide, people now face an overwhelming situation where they need to decide which apps to download out of millions of choices. Curated app libraries will add a trustworthy, friendly touch to downloading apps,” said Tim Yang, General Manager, Baidu India, in a statement.
The feature will allow MoboMarket users to sort their favourite apps by category and create customised virtual storefronts.
