Beats has upgraded its over-ear headphones lineup with the new Studio3 wireless over-ear headphones. It can be ordered on Apple’s website if you’re in the US, and is priced at $350. Shipping for the product will begin in mid-October. There are a total of six colors to choose from – red, matte black, white, porcelain rose, blue, and shadow gray. The headphones are also available for purchase at select authorized Apple resellers in India at a price of Rs 25,900.
In comparison to the older Beats Solo3 headphones, the Studio3 doesn’t sport much difference, except being slighly bigger in size. Amongst the six color options, there are two limited edition ones with gold accents on the shadow gray and porcelain rose variants. The headphones come with soft over-ear cushions with features such as advanced venting and signature ergonomic pivoting. There are multifunction ear-controls for taking calls, music playback and volume, and activate Siri as well.
The Beats Studio3 wireless headphones feature Pure Adaptive Noise Cancelling (Pure ANC) which is functioned to actively block external noise, and real-time audio calibration. Apple says that the Pure ANC optimizes sound output by blocking external sounds and real-time audio calibration. There’s a Pure ANC-off mode as well during low power which helps save up to 40 hours of battery life. ALSO READ: Apple AirPods Review
