Xiaomi Mi A2

Successor to last year’s Mi A1, the Xiaomi Mi A2 is among the best devices to buy in this price range. The smartphone’s USP is that it runs stock Android Oreo, and will soon be updated to Android Pie. The Mi A2 is priced at Rs 16,999, and it features an FHD+ display, Snapdragon 660 SoC, dual rear cameras, 20-megapixel selfie camera, and a 3,000mAh battery with fast charging support.

Nokia 6.1 Plus

The latest Nokia smartphone flaunts a full-screen display with a notch at the top, and is covered by glass on both sides. In short, the new Nokia 6.1 Plus is also among the most premium-looking devices in this segment. Priced at Rs 15,999, the device comes with a 5.8-inch FHD+ display, Snapdragon 636 SoC, and dual rear cameras. With Android One certification, the Nokia 6.1 Plus is also slated to get the latest Android Pie update soon.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro

The Redmi Note 5 Pro’s all-round capabilities make it among the most sought-after devices in this price range. With prices starting from Rs 13,999, the Xiaomi smartphone comes with a 5.99-inch FHD+ display, Snapdragon 636 SoC, up to 6GB RAM, dual rear cameras, fingerprint sensor, and face unlock.

Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1

The smartphone that has come close to upsetting the Redmi Note 5 Pro’s dominance is the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. Huawei P20 Lite

The Huawei P20 Lite makes it to this list on the back of its premium design, and exceptional cameras. Priced at Rs 19,990, the smartphone comes with a tall 5.8-inch 18:9 display, dual rear cameras (16-megapixel + 2-megapixel), and a 24-megapixel selfie camera.

Moto G6

The Moto G6 is priced at Rs 13,999, and comes with a tall 18:9 aspect ratio ‘Max Vision’ display with FHD+ resolution. Other features include Dolby Audio preset modes, dual rear cameras, and it runs near stock Android Oreo out-of-the-box. Unlike many of the new devices, the Moto G6 is available both online and via offline retail stores.

Samsung Galaxy J8
