BlackBerry is gearing up for an event in New York tomorrow, where it is expected to unveil the KEY2. In the run up to the event, the upcoming smartphone has been subject to countless leaks. Adding to that list is another leak, which pretty much reveals everything there is to know about the KEY2.
Serial tipster Evan Blass has leaked alleged official renders of the BlackBerry KEY2. If that wasn’t enough, Blass has also revealed the upcoming smartphone’s full set of specifications and features. With all these leaks, the only mystery is around the smartphone’s pricing and availability.

BlackBerry KEY2 leaked specifications, features
According to the leak, the BlackBerry KEY2 will flaunt a 4.5-inch (1620×1080 pixels) display with 3:2 aspect ratio. The display is placed above a physical QWERTY keyboard. Just like last year’s KEYone, the fingerprint sensor is again placed in the spacebar.
Under the hood is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core chipset paired with 6GB of RAM. This is again a marked improvement over last year’s smartphone. There will be a choice between 64GB and 128GB internal storage options, both of which can be expanded using a microSD card.

The rest of the features include a 3,500mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0, USB Type-C port, and 3.5mm audio jack. The smartphone will run Android 8.1 Oreo right out-of-the-box.
