BlackBerry KEY2 LE Price and Sale Details

The KEY2 LE in India is made and distributed by Optiemus Infracom Limited, a BlackBerry brand licensee. The smartphone will be available exclusively from Amazon India, and the e-commerce company had already begun registering interests for the device after launch. The KEY2 LE is priced at Rs 29,990, which makes it much cheaper than the Rs 42,990 retail price of the KEY2.

“Security and privacy are becoming priorities in our data-dependent world and at Optiemus, we are committed to offering our customers a trustworthy mobile experience. We are delighted to launch the BlackBerry KEY2 LE, further strengthening our portfolio of the most secure smartphones in the country,” Hardip Singh, Executive Director, Optiemus Infracom Ltd had said at the time of launch.

BlackBerry KEY2 LE Specifications

The KEY2 LE, as the name suggests, is a limited edition model of the KEY2 but is also cheaper than the standard model. After seeing strong response for KEY2, BlackBerry was quick to realize that price remained a deterrent for a lot of potential customers, and the KEY2 LE offers nearly identical experience at a much cheaper price.

The KEY2 LE, like the KEY2, features a 4.5-inch LCD display with a Full HD resolution of 1620×1080 pixels, and 3:2 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, which is a modern CPU with four Kryo 260 Gold cores and four Kryo 260 silver cores for performance and efficiency. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via SD card slot.
