Within a week of announcing the price drop, the company says that the Z10 was sold out across the country. The fantastic consumer response to BlackBerry s 10 year Anniversary special promotion led to a sellout of BlackBerry Z10 stocks within a week, BlackBerry India s Sameer Bhatia said. The flagship device which was launched for Rs 43,490 last year has seen a steep drop in the price tag as BlackBerry has repositioned the Z10 from the top-of-the-range to an entry-level BB10 smartphone.
