State-run telco, BSNL, has recently revised its broadband plans with faster speeds and increasing the FUP limits. The telco is also looking towards expanding its Fiber to the Home (FTTH) broadband network in India with attractive plans. Now, BSNL has also announced a new cashback scheme for its broadband users to boost its subscriber base.
With this new scheme, BSNL aims to retain existing broadband subscribers, while also looking for new users. Under the scheme, BSNL is offering 25 percent cashback on the total bill amount. However, users need to opt for annual or half-yearly plans to avail this offer. Subscribers who wish to opt for this plan should register interest between December 10 and 31.

So, if a subscriber is on Rs 1,000 a month plan, Rs 250 cashback will be credited every month. This means, during the one-year period, a total of Rs 3,000 will be credited as cashback in the customer account. The scheme is available for both new and existing BSNL landline and broadband subscribers.

This cashback can then be used to pay future bills or avail additional services offered by BSNL. To avail the cashback offer, BSNL customers can dial the toll-free number 1800-345-1500, or visit the customer care center. The offer is applicable in all of BSNL circles.
Recently, BSNL revised its broadband plans with more data, daily FUP and unlimited voice calls benefits. The plans are priced at Rs 675, Rs 845, Rs 999, Rs 1,199, Rs 1,495, Rs 1,745, and Rs 2,295. The base plan offers 5GB daily data at 10Mbps speed, whereas the top-tier plan offers 35GB daily data at 24Mbps speed.
