CES 2018: How to watch Samsung's press conference live on January 8

Samsung is set to take to the stage at CES 2018 and showcase a range of products this year. We expect to see the Notebook 7 Spin with faster processors and fingerprint scanner. Rumors suggest that we might even see a glimpse of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S9 smartphone during the event. Samsung’s press conference is due to take place in Las Vegas on January 8 at 2:00PM PST (3.30AM IST).

In terms of what to expect from the company, Samsung’s main focus is said to be the expansion of its Bixby voice assistant beyond smartphones. Reports suggest that we might see Bixby in televisions and home appliances. Apart from that, Samsung has unveiled three new C-Lab projects include – S-Ray, GoBreath, and Relúmĭno glass, which will be showcased at CES 2018.

Samsung has unveiled the Notebook 7 Spin multi-functional laptop. The company says that the laptop will be available within the first months of 2018. The Notebook is also said to include a fingerprint sensor for authentication.

We know that the company will launch the Galaxy A8 smartphone. It has also announced the first Thunderbolt 3 QLED curved monitor. Samsung is expected to tease the Galaxy S9 for the first time at the event too before it officially launches the flagship device at MWC 2018 in late February. In fact, rumors also suggest that Samsung might showcase its first ever flexible display smartphone, the Galaxy X.
