The national capital has over 4 crore mobile phones which roughly translates to more than two device for each individual going by latest official data. “The number of mobile phones in Delhi as on December 2015 was 4.79 crore as compared to 4.54 crore in December 2014,” says the Delhi Statistical Hand Book 2016 released by Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia today.
