Chinese mobile maker Huawei has launched an entry-level Android smartphone called the Ascend Y210D. A part of its Ascend series of phones, the Y210D will soon be available in the market for Rs 4,999. The dual-SIM Ascend Y210D runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and sports a 3.5-inch HVGA (480×320 pixels) display. It is powered by a 1GHz MSM7225A Cortex A5 processor and 256 MB RAM. Other features included are a 2-megapixel camera, 512MB internal storage with expandable memory support to up to 32GB and a 1,700mAH battery. The phone will be sold in ceramic white and phantom black colors.
The Ascend Y210D joins the likes of Ascend G600, Ascend G330, Ascend 300, Ascend Y200, Ascend Y100 and the Ascend P1 LTE in the Ascend series of smartphones.
