Today, we’re very excited to announce that Facebook is acquiring our company, the company wrote in a blog post while announcing the deal. This is Facebook’s first acquisition of an Indian company, and we are happy to become part of such an incredible team.
Little Eye Labs, founded in 2012, is a Bangalore-based company that develops mobile app analysis and monitoring tools for developers and testers. The company also revealed that its current users will be able to use the free version of Little Eye until June 30.
Though neither of the companies revealed how much the deal was worth, earlier reports have pegged a value of between $10-15 million.
