Just a day after the first set of purported photos of the Nokia EOS surfaced online, leakster @Vizleaks has posted a video that gives a glimpse at the mechanical shutter mechanism on the PureView camera. Additionally, the leakster has also posted a hands-on giving us the first impressions of the device. The nearly minute long video shows a close-up of the PureView camera, which looks similar to the photos that leaked yesterday. The video then goes on to show the lens cover open and shut with a shutter sound effect and then the camera’s optical focus feature. Also Read - Nokia Lumia 1020 specs revealed a day before launch
The hands-on though scant on details, talks about the design which is quite similar to the Lumia 920 and the arrangements of the buttons are consistent with other Lumia devices. The phone is said to be a bit heavy with high-levels of build quality. And finally, on the back there are two pogo pins for connecting wireless charging covers, meaning the Nokia EOS probably won’t have this feature built in.
