Fitbit has unveiled a new fitness tracker, which comes with built-in GPS. The Fitbit Charge 4 features sleep tracking, 24/7 heart rate monitor, exercise modes and guided breathing exercises. The Fitbit Charge 4 comes with stair-climbing and swimming tracking features as well. With this fitness band, one can also check notifications, time and weather on their wrist. The device offers support for Spotify, and users can control music playback from the band too. One will be able to check the workout intensity map on the Fitbit app. It also sends idle reminder alerts. It also reportedly supports quick replies to messages, which a feature not available for iOS users. The company is also offering the option to choose your own clock face for the wearable. There is an Active Zone Minutes, which provides information on your effort throughout each workout based on your heart rate zones. The Fitbit Charge 4 comes with a price label of $129, which around Rs 10,000 in India. This fitness tracker from Fitbit is already on sale in the US. Also, Fitbit Charge 4 customers will get an extended 90-day trial of Fitbit Premium.
The company is selling the device in three color options, including mauve, black and blue. The Fitbit Charge 4 also has Fitbit Pay, which means users can pay directly with the tracker wherever the contactless form of payment is applicable. Besides, the brand has also added new programs to the Premium version, which includes beginner bodyweight, intro to HIIT, mindful eating, intro to gym cardio, and more.
