To rival the Amazon Great Indian Sale, Flipkart announced its Republic Day sale that kick starts today and runs until January 23, 2018. Under the three-day sale period, lucrative exchange offers and discounts are applicable across smartphone categories.
Flipkart is offering no-cost EMI schemes starting Rs 833 per month on smartphones, along with exchange discounts of up to Rs 18,000 off. Flipkart also has some warranty programs, which can be clubbed with your smartphone purchase.
Honor has announced special offers which are part of Flipkart’s Republic Day sales. Of these, the Honor 9 Lite goes for sale for the first time today. The smartphone is priced at Rs 10,999 for the 3GB model and Rs 14,999 for the 4GB model. At the time of writing both the models are out of stock on the website, with the next sale scheduled for January 23. Flipkart is offering a guaranteed buyback value of up to Rs 7,000.
Other Honor smartphones available at a discounted price is the Honor 9i, which costs Rs 17,999. You can further avail 10 percent cashback if you make the purchase using Citi credit or debit cards. With payments via PhonePe, you can avail up to 15 percent cashback whereas Axis Bank Buzz Credit Card can get you extra 5 percent off.
Honor 8 Pro is available at Rs 5,000 discount, taking the offer price to Rs 24,999. You can also exchange an older device for discounts of up to Rs 18,000. Honor 6X, on the other hand, is available at a discount of Rs 2,000, taking the offered price at Rs 9,999 for the 32GB model. No cost EMI on the phone start at Rs 485 per month.
In the budget segment, offers are applicable on Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, which is available at an exchange offer of up to Rs 10,000 off. Samsung Galaxy On Nxt is priced at Rs 9,999 for the base model. Exchange discount offered is up to Rs 9,000 if you barter it for an eligible device.
Some of the top selling phones on Flipkart available at a discounted price include the Vivo V7 Plus, which is available at Rs 21,990 with an exchange offer of up to Rs 3,000 off. The Samsung Galaxy S7 is also available at Rs 26,990 after a flat discount of Rs 19,010. Oppo F3 is available at Rs 16,990 after an extra discount of Rs 3,000. No cost EMIs start at Rs 1,416 per month.
In the mid-range segment, Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is available at Rs 14,999 after a flat discount of Rs 2,000. You can further get up to Rs 14,000 as exchange discount. Bank and card offers are also applicable. Nokia 5 is available at Rs 11,900 with no cost EMIs starting at Rs 2,000 per month. In the same price range, the Samsung On Nxt (64GB)is available at Rs 11,999 with no cost EMIs starting at Rs 1,984 per month.
If you want to purchase a premium phone, you can consider the Apple iPhone 7 (128GB), which is available at Rs 52,999 after a discount of Rs 5,001.
