To recap on the specifications and features. The JioPhone 2 sports a 2.4-inch QVGA display with a resolution of 240 320 pixels. In addition to the bigger display, another big upgrade over the JioPhone is the QWERTY keypad. This keypad does make it easier for typing quickly while chatting with friends.
Under the hood, the JioPhone 2 has 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage, with support for microSD cards of up to 128GB. For photography, there is a 2-megapixel rear camera, and a VGA (0.3-megapixel) selfie camera. Making sure everything ticks is a 2,000mAh battery.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE support, VoWi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM Radio, and 3.5mm audio jack. On the software front, the device runs a customized version of KaiOS. Courtesy of this, you do get support for apps like WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, and a built-in Google Assistant.
