Samsung’s Galaxy S4 might not have been a smash hit to the degree that many industry watchers were predicting, but it is still wildly popular. According to Italian journalist Flavio Piccioni, Samsung’s next big global launch event is now scheduled to take place in mid-March. Earlier reports suggested that the Galaxy S5′s specs will include a new 64-bit eight-core Exynos processor or a quad-core Snapdragon processor depending on the device model, a 16-megapixel camera with new technology that improves low-light photo quality, 4GB of RAM, a 4,000mAh battery and Android 4.4 KitKat. It may also feature a fingerprint scanner or an integrated eye scanner and a quad HD (2,560 x 1,440) display.
