The device s USP is a 16-megapixel rear camera with a pixel size of 1.34 m, which the company claims would provide the best results under both daylight and low light shots. It also claims that the front facing 8-megapixel camera is as good as or even better than the rear camera of the iPhone 5S.
Talking of the rest of specifications, the Elife E7 sports a 5.5-inch 1080p display with 400ppi and flaunts a 2.3mm bezel. It is powered by a Snapdragon 800 chipset clocked at 2.2GHz, Adreno 330 GPU with 2GB of RAM and will come in two variants of 16GB and 32GB internal storage.
Other features include a 2,500mAh battery, connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and on the software front it runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean wrapped under Gionee s own Amigo 2.0 UI. It would be interesting to see how Gionee prices it. While you wait for the launch tomorrow, check out our hands-on and first impressions of the Elife E7.
