Gionee has launched a new smartphone in India, called the F103. This 4G LTE-capable smartphone is priced at Rs 9,999, and will go on sale this week.
One of the talking points on the smartphone is the metallic frame as well as a back panel that’s been given a stylish mirror glass finish. With 4G capability, this new smartphone will be up against the likes of the Asus Zenfone 2 Laser, Lenovo A7000, and some popular phablets like the Yu Yureka Plus, and Lenovo K3 Note as well.
Gionee F103 specifications and features: The smartphone flaunts a 5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS Dragontrail display, and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB of onboard storage and microSD card support for further expansion up to 32GB.
On the camera front, the Gionee F103 sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a front-facing 5-megapixel camera. The handset packs a 2,400mAh battery, and comes with connectivity options like dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. On the software front, it runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS out-of-the-box.
