Global web-hosting and Cloud company GoDaddy on Wednesday announced the appointment of Nikhil Arora as its Vice President and Managing Director for India. Arora will lead corporate strategy, business development and customer experience for GoDaddy, currently number one in market share for .IN domain registration in the country. India is a key market for GoDaddy that has millions of small to medium businesses (SMBs) going online to grow their ventures. “India has an estimated 460 million users online and an increasingly mobile Internet environment, so SMBs are taking their ventures online to attract customers and extend their brands,” said Andrew Low Ah Kee, Executive Vice President of GoDaddy International.
Prior to joining GoDaddy India, Arora co-founded WeWork in India. He has also served as Vice President and Managing Director of Intuit India.
