Currently, no details have been revealed except for the fact that we will not be seeing an announcement regarding Android 5.0, but rather Android 4.3, which is still expected to maintain the Jelly Bean nomenclature.
Apart from this, the only features that have been rumored for Android 4.3 include support for Bluetooth Low Energy, and OpenGL for Embedded Systems 3.0 graphic specification.
The addition of the Bluetooth Low Energy profile seems imminent since Google is pushing wearable computing products like Google Glass that connect via Bluetooth.
Either way all will be revealed in an hour, the Google I/O keynote kicks off.
