Google Docs is the perhaps the most popular web-based word processor and now Google has just tweaked a tinsy bit that will make it even more popular. With the phonetic input method selected, one can type the phonetic spelling of a word using Latin characters. The input tool will provide you with a numbered list of word choices. One can choose a word from the list by clicking on it, navigating the list with your keyboard arrows and pressing Enter to select a word, or by typing the number next to the word. With the keyboard input tool, virtual keyboard will appear on the screen that allows one to punch in the characters.
