While, Google has not revealed details about the new content available on the store, there have been reports about Google having secured deals with Universal, Sony and Warner Music.
The new streaming service can be had via a web interface or via the Google Play Music app. The service automatically creates curated playlists on the basis of the user s preferences.
Google say that the service will be available to users for $9.99 per month in thirteen countries, but India is not included. Additionally, users who subscribe before June 30 will get a discounted rate of $7.99. Google will also provide a 30 day free trial for the service.
