This information comes right after Qualcomm announced that it will finally start designing chipsets for Wear OS and the new chipset would launch this fall with lead smartwatch . The fall season means around October, November, and December which aligns perfectly with the timeline for Google s hardware event this year. Snapdragon Wear 3100 SoC platform will come with a quad-core CPU that will be based on ARM Cortex-A7 architecture made using 28-nm manufacturing process.
